House Rules
1 – Utilities, Towels, and Linens The rental price includes all utility costs (electricity, gas, garbage disposal, etc.), towels, and toiletries. Electricity at the property is free, but excessive or unreasonable electricity consumption will be charged at €0.50 per kWh. The free electricity allowance is sufficient for normal usage, including air conditioning. To avoid extra charges, follow these simple guidelines:
Your electricity allowance can be found in the Guest Area or by asking our staff. If the apartment has an electricity card, this rule does not apply. Your cooperation in maintaining an eco-friendly and cost-effective environment is greatly appreciated.
2 – Self-Catering Accommodation This is a self-catering accommodation, not a hotel. We provide only starter supplies, and guests are responsible for restocking items and purchasing what they need during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. Linens and towels are provided according to the number of guests booked.
3 – Parties and Noise We enforce a strict no-party/noise policy. Please respect other residents:
4 – Number of Guests Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay. If more guests than originally booked stay at the property, additional charges will apply.
5 – No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A €200 fine will be charged for violations. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
6 – Damages Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for any necessary repairs, plus contractor costs, in addition to the original rental amount.
7 – Cleaning Rules: As a self-catering property, guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay and leaving the property in good condition. The cleaning fee covers initial cleaning, linen, and towel setup. If the property is left excessively messy (e.g., unwashed dishes, garbage left behind, stains on furniture or floors), a €60 extra cleaning fee may be deducted from the damage deposit.
8 – Extra Bed Sheets and Towels For stays of 7 nights or longer, guests can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels at no charge. For shorter stays, extra bed sheets and towels are available for an additional fee, with delivery within one day. Guests must request these items from our staff or via the Guest Area and are responsible for changing them as needed.
9 – Mid-Stay Cleaning or Daily Housekeeping Mid-stay cleaning and daily housekeeping are available upon request for an extra charge. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

11 – Toilet Paper Disposal Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet. Use the provided bin to avoid pipe blockages. Guests will be responsible for any plumbing costs due to improper disposal.

FAQ
1) Do I need to bring my own sheets and towels? No, we provide all necessary linens. However, you need to bring your own beach towels.
2) Are kitchen utensils provided? Yes, the kitchen is stocked with basic utensils and cookware.
3) Are soap and toilet paper provided? We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, dish soap, and bar soap. Guests must purchase additional supplies as needed.
4) Do I need to bring beach chairs and umbrellas? Yes, we recommend bringing your own, as beach service is not available at all properties.
5) How do I check in? Check-in is self-service. Instructions will be sent a few days before arrival.
6) Can I check in late? We recommend arriving between 16:00 and 23:00 for assistance. If arriving after 23:00, please contact the support team in advance and ensure you have:
7) When is check-in? Check-in begins at 16:00.
8) Can I check in early? Early check-ins are not guaranteed and require approval.
9) Can I check out late? Late check-outs require approval. Unauthorized late departures will be charged for an additional full night’s stay.
